"Amazing doctor with amazing staff! He performed a very complicated procedure for me (which was a revision of a revision that was not done properly by a different doctor). He is straightforward and honest and he is not quick to jump to get you under the knife until he knows you are prepared. I interacted with several doctors and nurses at the hospital, both before and at the time of surgery, and all spoke very highly of Dr Barnes and thought he was the best. You will not regret meeting Dr Barnes!"

"I started coming here in January of 2021, Dr. Barnes and his team of ladies are fantastic. They really get to know each and every one of their patients. Dr. Barnes is very straight to the point of how to get to where you want to be and will help formulate the best plan to reach your goal. I had my surgery 1 year ago and have lost 113 lbs (starting at 277) and could not be more happy with my results. They really do provide you with all of the tools you will need to succeed in the process and dont rush straight to surgery without going through all the steps and checks. From metabolic testing to, psychological evaluation, a heart stress test, and were within an affordable range even though my insurance didnt cover anything. I would highly recommend Dr. Barnes and his wonderful team."

Dr. Barnes was great! His whole staff was very caring and on point with what was required and expected of me. I was coming off a first surgery the lap band where I almost died. It got infected and had to be ripped out. Then I went to Dr. Barnes and he recommended the sleeve. I was in the hospital up to 4 times a month at over 300 lbs. The surgery went well lost weight and totally recommend the gastric sleeve and Dr. Barnes and his staff.
